You will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions relating to insurance policies, delivering frontline service and contributing to sales and retention targets within a regulated environment.

• Experience in a contact centre, or regulated sales environment (preferred).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate calmly, clearly and empathetically where required.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-managed environment.

Overview

Sales & Service Agent - FULL TIME- HYBRID WORKING:

• Salary £27,500 per annum
• 5% discretionary Bonus scheme
• Up to 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, buy/sell up to 5 days holiday

As a Sales & Service Agent, you will answer customer queries whilst contributing to the delivery of a seamless front-line service.

The Sales & Service Agent is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions relating to insurance policies, delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales and retention targets within a regulated environment.
