Job summary

schuh in Liverpool One is hiring a Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service and support daily store operations. You’ll greet customers, share product knowledge, process payments and stock the shop floor.

Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends is needed, with training provided; benefits include product discounts, generous holiday entitlement, birthday day off, and access to wellbeing and pension programs.

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our store in Liverpool One.

Candidates must have flexibility both weekdays and weekends and availability until January 2027.

Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.

About what you’ll be doing –

• Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge


• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets


• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations


• Stock management and shop floor merchandising


• Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas


• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures


• Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
