Job summary

schuh in Plymouth is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our store. Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age, with full training provided. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, process payments, manage stock, and help hit KPIs while maintaining high store standards.

About what you’ll be doing –

• Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising
• Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures
• Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
