Job summary

schuh is hiring a Sales Assistant for our Liverpool One store. You will greet customers, deliver high levels of service, share product knowledge, process payments, and help with stock and merchandising.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our store in Liverpool One.

Candidates must have flexibility both weekdays and weekends and availability until January 2027.

Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.

About what you’ll be doing –

• Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising
• Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures
• Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/ or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
