This role offers a chance to join Stryker’s Interventional Spine (IVS) business unit, which includes a high-quality portfolio of implant and capital products supporting the treatment of spinal fractures and pain management therapies. We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking sales professional committed to growth in their territory.

What you will do:

You will pitch innovative capital products that deliver cost savings to hospitals while supporting their sustainability goals. You will engage a broad range of stakeholders, including clinical and non-clinical buyers, to build long-term strategic partnerships.
You will develop and execute sales plans, support pricing strategies, and participate in high-level negotiations, focusing on ROI.
You will track progress, forecast sales, and communicate insights to improve performance.

When onsite, your deep product knowledge and quick problem-solving skills will be essential in educating and supporting hospital staff on device use and maintenance. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment dedicated to healthcare improvement through Stryker’s solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Pitch and illustrate cost-saving capital solutions to non-clinical stakeholders
  • Support customers in achieving sustainability goals using the portfolio
  • Prospect new customers and users of Stryker IVS products
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Enhance technical skills for clinical staff training
  • Introduce new products aligned with launches and training plans
  • Increase account penetration via value-added programs
  • Build strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
  • Support interventional procedures in theatre
  • Manage capital pipeline using CRM Salesforce
  • Develop business plans based on growth opportunities
  • Participate in business planning and market activities
  • Identify and work with Key Opinion Leaders
