Role: Sales & Project Administrator
Role Type: Permanent
Hours: Full time,40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Salary: Competitive salary and benefits package plus annual bonus opportunity
Location: Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxfordshire

Responsibilities will include
Setting up projects in IFS , including review of contracts and PAT
Setting up of customer master data, including contact with customers
Raising invoices on project and obtaining approvals from the Project Management and Operations Teams
Maintain the invoice tracker
Reconcile revenue and invoicing to CRM
Liaise with the Project Management and Operations Teams in all areas of project set up and invoicing
Support the credit collections teams with invoice queries
Oversee the time sheet process, including chasing time sheets, completion and approval
Ensure adherence to OTC SOX Controls, including invoice approval and time sheet processing controls.
