Founding Director of Proper Recruitment

Location: East London

Managing All Permanent & Temporary Recruitment Activity across the Construction, Legal & Property Industries. Proper Recruitment has just taken on a terrific Sales Progressor role based in East London on behalf of a respected independent estate agency known for its friendly team culture and strong local presence.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining relationships
• Progressing sales to exchange/completion
• Liaising with solicitors
• Liaising with surveyors
• Providing expert advice
• Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
• Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends

Requirements

• Experience in sales progression
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
