Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) is offering an undergraduate Sales Performance Insight placement in Milton Keynes. The role is 12–13 months FTC with a starting window in June/July, based in a hybrid office setting (3 days in the office per week). The salary is £23,915.49 and closing date is 30 September 2026.

Masters students are not eligible. You will develop skills in data visualisation, reporting, process optimisation and stakeholder communication, while supporting Tableau and Salesforce

Qualifications

• Currently studying a degree in Business Management, Economics, Mathematics, or another analytical field.
• IT literate with foundation-level Excel; willing to learn PowerPoint, Tableau and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Self-motivated with good organisational skills and initiative.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Comfortable handling large datasets and communicating insights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop Tableau reporting, data quality checks, and support sales performance analysis.
• Support Salesforce and Tableau users, collect feedback and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate strategic sales projects through trackers, actions, meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain Salesforce retailer data, support quarterly activity campaigns and resolve sales queries.

Hybrid working: We want you to get the best out of your placement, so we operate a hybrid policy where undergraduates work in the office 3 days per week. There may be times where you will need to be in more frequently depending on the needs of the business.

We’re looking for an undergraduate to join our Sales team as a Sales Performance Insight Undergraduate. You will contribute to a collaborative analytical environment and develop invaluable skills in data visualisation, reporting, process optimisation, and stakeholder communication. What will you be doing?

• Maintain and develop Tableau reporting, complete data quality checks and support sales performance analysis.
• Support Salesforce and Tableau users, collate feedback and recommend future improvements.
