Job summary

Solina in Winsford is seeking a full-time Sales Order Processor to join our busy team. You will manage and maintain sales orders, liaise with customers and suppliers, and work closely with the warehouse and sales teams using Sage 200.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication and a proactive approach to problem solving, with a focus on accuracy and timely order processing in a dynamic foods business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of Sage or other ERP systems would be an advantage but training will be given.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Confident in speaking to customers on the telephone.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
• Flexible approach to work.
• Ability to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with FG Warehouse and Goods-In Warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
• Responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of all sales orders within Sage 200.
• Knowledge and understanding of export procedures
• Liaising with customers and suppliers, handling queries
• Checking stock levels
• Able to anticipate/identify problems and owning them through to conclusion
• Has a wider knowledge of the external factors affecting the business and their implications
