Job summary

RETAIND Ltd is seeking a Sales Order Processor / Commercial Assistant in Corby for a permanent, full-time role. You will manage customer orders, coordinate with internal teams and learn about pricing, estimating and manufacturing capabilities to support growth.

You will develop knowledge in quotations, technical enquiries and marketing, with progression towards more senior commercial responsibilities as you gain experience and confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience processing customer orders within manufacturing or related settings.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and provide order updates.
• Willingness to learn, with potential to progress into senior commercial roles.

Responsibilities

• Review and process customer purchase orders, checking pricing, quantities, specifications and delivery requirements.
• Clarify customer requirements and resolve discrepancies before orders are progressed.
• Issue order acknowledgements and keep customers informed of lead times, progress and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate order changes and help resolve queries or delays.
• Contribute to LinkedIn posts and marketing content as part of the commercial team.
