Job summary

Bosch is offering a 12-month internship in Sample Administration at the Denham office, UK. The role includes reviewing customer orders, entering data into the SAP/eSAMOS system, updating trackers, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The BUILD Programme will support your development with a mix of in-person and virtual sessions. Open to undergraduates eligible for a work placement as part of their degree.

Qualifications

• Must hold a STEM based degree or Business Studies degree.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Demonstrates completion mindset and self-motivation.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Well organised and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Daily review of incoming orders and transfer into internal systems.
• Update and manage trackers and coordinate order management with stakeholders.
• Support Sales Engineers and coordinate new orders including pricing and design level details.
• Present findings and assist with ad hoc presentations for business topics.
• Ensure key milestones such as manufacture, delivery, and receipt of parts are met.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams.
