• Update and manage individual trackers; coordinate order management with stakeholders.
• Ensure milestones are met within lead times (orders, manufacture, delivery).
• Interact with customers to provide clear feedback and weekly tracker reviews.
• Coordinate new orders and pricing/design details with Sales Engineers.
