Job summary

Bosch UK offers a 12-month internship based in Denham, focused on supporting the operations team with procedural mapping, invoice verification, and internal controls. You will use Power BI and other tools to improve transparency and KPIs across UK processes.

The role involves developing an internal Bosch intranet page, assisting with audits, and contributing to Trader Support Service data preparation for shipments to Ireland using automation tools.

Qualifications

• Studying for a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business.
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good knowledge of data analysis tools e.g. Power BI.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a time-pressured environment.
• Good knowledge of systems (e.g. SAP).

Responsibilities

• Support the operations team with procedural mapping and documentation.
• Carry out Invoice Verification with brokers and drive process improvements.
• Support Internal Control processes to ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain an internal Bosch Intranet page for UK business updates.
• Assist in preparation for audits (internal, external, broker).
• Assist in preparing Trader Support Service data for shipments to Ireland using automation tools.
