Job summary

TD SYNNEX in the United Kingdom seeks a detail-driven Sales Order Executive to join the Majors team. This role goes beyond simple order processing, focusing on accuracy, strong relationships, and helping the business achieve its goals.

You'll process daily orders, support all sales activities, and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines with professional resolution of queries. Collaboration with Internal Sales is essential for success, and flexibility with shifts is expected.

• Process daily sales orders, including electronic order handling.
• Support all aspects of sales activity to help achieve team and company targets.
• Prioritize tasks to meet agreed deadlines and service level agreements.
• Take ownership of customer queries, ensuring efficient and professional resolution.
• Build strong relationships with Internal Sales teams.
• Escalate issues promptly to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager.
• Proactively support the business, including working shift patterns as required.
