Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a detail‑driven Sales Order Executive to join the Majors team. The role focuses on accurate order processing, proactive support for the internal sales function, and building strong customer and internal relationships.

You’ll contribute to meeting team targets with timely, professional service. The position offers hybrid working, private healthcare, matched pension, enhanced parental and family leave, and other benefits.

• Process daily sales orders, including electronic order handling.

• Take ownership of customer queries, ensuring efficient and professional resolution.
• Build strong relationships with Internal Sales teams.
• Escalate issues promptly to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager.
• Proactively support the business, including working shift patterns as required.
