Fiskars Group is seeking a Sales Operations Intern for Summer 2027 in Middleton, WI (Hybrid). You’ll contribute to sales strategy at major retailers, analyze market trends, and help shape promotional plans for 2027 across channels and national retailers.

You will work with our Sales Planning, Sales, and Channel Execution teams, gaining exposure to pricing ladders, planograms, and the language of retail operations.

Formación

• Pursuing a degree in business/marketing/analytics with 12–24 months remaining.
• Comfortable working with Excel data and analyzing numbers.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
• Use syndicated Market Share and POS data to tell sales stories for line reviews.
• Support development of 2027 promotional strategies for channels/retailers.
• Maintain pricing ladders for Good/Better/Best product assortments.
• Collaborate with Sales teams on brand initiatives.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects within Sales Operations.
