Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders, asking thoughtful questions, and building relationships across teams.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support CRM data quality, reporting accuracy, and user adoption.
• Assist with sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and business reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on operational and commercial projects.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance business efficiency and sales performance.
