Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Winnersh, Reading, invites applications for a 13‑month internship starting July 2026. You will support sales operations, reporting and forecasting across multiple teams, creating dashboards and ensuring data integrity in SFDC, Clari, Excel and Power BI.

The program offers a structured onboarding, hands‑on experience with AI tools, and networking across the business. Ideal candidates are in their 2nd year and pursuing a 2:1 or above.

Qualifications

• Be in the second year of a four-year degree that includes a one-year industrial placement and eligible to work in the UK for a 13-month placement starting July 2026.
• On track for a 2:1 or above.
• Strong working knowledge of SFDC, Clari, Excel and Power BI are critical to the role.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support HPEN Sales teams with day-to-day sales operations, reporting, forecasting and customer engagement across Enterprise, Public Sector, Major Accounts, Defence and Commercial.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards and analysis to support spend, sales performance and forecasting.
• Support the sales process through opportunity management, quote creation and data integrity in business systems.
• Coordinate communications, meetings and events across the sales organisation with Marketing.
• Develop proficiency in SFDC, Clari, Excel and Power BI.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and channel teams, providing cross-functional support.
• Attend customer/partner meetings and participate in intern programme and development activities.
• Provide cross-role cover during holiday and sickness.
