Job summary

Mercor is seeking UK-based Sales Operations and Enablement Experts for a short-term research engagement with a frontier AI lab. The role focuses on capacity planning, performance management and enablement for revenue teams.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in sales operations, enablement, territory or capacity planning, or commercial program management, plus experience building and operating related processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales operations, revenue enablement, territory or capacity planning, or commercial program management.
• Experience building capacity plans, performance scorecards, territory/account review processes, and enablement programs for revenue teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, review and evaluate high-quality sales operations scenarios.
• Convert sales-performance data into actionable manager guidance and workflows.
• Produce templates, workflows and training that frontline teams will actually use.
• Support capacity planning, performance management and enablement throughout the project.
