Qualifications

• 6+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or finance business partnering.
• Direct P&L ownership and budgeting responsibility.
• Experience with rolling forecasts and variance reporting.
• Translate actuals into spending, headcount and growth decisions.
• Explain financial tradeoffs to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and evaluate FP&A scenarios for frontier AI initiatives.
• Support management reporting and budgeting processes for the project.
• Translate financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with project team and stakeholders across UK business hours.
