Job summary

EE in Truro is looking for a Sales Advisor to join our contact centre team. You’ll take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband.

We train you to listen well, respond confidently, and match customers with the perfect product. There are targets, but the role focuses on solving problems and delivering great service. This part-time 20-hour role offers a starting salary with uncapped commission, free parking, and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality is helpful.

Monday - Friday 16:45 PM to 21:00 PM

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You'll join a lively sales team in our Truro contact centre. We'll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You'll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you'll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
