You will streamline the sales cycle by handling complex bid documentation, CRM updates, and stakeholder coordination, enabling the sales teams to focus on client relationships. You will liaise with internal teams, manage inquiries, and ensure all sales administrative tasks meet high quality standards and regulatory requirements, contributing to growth

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales support or high-level administrative role.
• Experience within a technical or industrial environment preferred.
• Proficient in modern office software and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation and submission of sales proposals and tender documents.
• Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the sales team with meeting preparation, travel coordination, and event management.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal quality standards and UK regulatory requirements.
