Sales Operations is an integral function for the Totaljobs Group UK and the Stepstone Group. Our mission to support and enable sales teams to sell more efficiently and effectively by providing strategic & tactical direction and reducing friction in the sales process. We are currently recruiting for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Commercial Analytics & Operations team, responsible for the growth of our business by delivering on critical sales processes and projects, ensuring we build a platform that drives scalable growth of the business. You will be responsible for addressing day to day operational requirements, and actively collaborating and leading projects aligned to the team priorities. Core team responsibilities include, territory / account alignment, sales capacity planning, overseeing end-to-end starters, movers, leavers process, managing month end processes, and managing rules of engagement / business policy questions.
