Role Overview:

Reporting to the EMEA Sales Operations Manager, this role focuses on the timely and successful implementation of new complex customer and company engagements. The individual will lead in advising strategic sales teams on aligning systemic capabilities with customer and internal needs, defining processes, planning projects, and supporting development of new capabilities to meet emerging requirements. This position is key to driving Arrow towards long-term market-share objectives.

Principal Accountabilities:
  1. Manage & execute complex projects related to special assignments, customer-specific supply, acquisitions, mergers, change management, and strategic initiatives.
  2. Oversee processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy, tracking shipments, billing, backlog, and providing sales reports. Handle customer retention processes, including CRM and RMA procedures.
  3. Resolve escalated operational issues, including vendor concerns and contract reviews.
  4. Design and implement new processes for special services and programs, and conduct market research for pricing strategies.
  5. Manage personnel development, hiring, training, and monitor staff performance.
  6. Oversee customer quotes activities aligned with customer strategies and order management.
