Job summary

GCV Group is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to own the operational infrastructure supporting our commercial activity. You will ensure opportunities are properly managed, actions followed through, and leaders have insight for informed decisions.

This role focuses on structuring a fast-moving commercial environment, coordinating across teams and regions, and delivering high-quality reporting and CRM guidance. A proactive, independent operator with strong Excel skills will thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations or CRM management.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and challenging where needed.
• Good commercial awareness in B2B environments.
• Strong Excel or spreadsheet capability.
• Experience producing and interpreting commercial reports and dashboards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across teams.
• Proactive ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management and continued development of Zoho CRM.
• Coordinate sales and business development activity across teams, units and regions.
• Support senior leaders in progressing commercial opportunities effectively.
• Maintain accurate client, contact, project and opportunity information.
• Ensure agreed commercial actions are followed through and opportunities move forward.
• Work with the Bid Manager as opportunities move to tender and proposal stages.
• Produce high-quality commercial reporting, dashboards and management information.
• Provide CRM guidance, support and training across the organisation.
• Improve CRM functionality, workflows and ways of working.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations.
• Strengthen communication between commercial, operational and support teams.
