AQIPA, a leading CE brand distributor, seeks an HR Assistant for our Kings Langley, UK team. You will validate orders, monitor deliveries, and manage returns while supporting master data and content management. You’ll interact with Sales, Finance, Logistics and Brand teams to keep operations smooth.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent vocational training.
• Experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Order Management or similar administrative role desirable.
• Well organised and able to work on own initiative.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP), e-commerce or marketplace operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Validate and process orders and ensure accuracy.
• Monitor deliveries and coordinate with logistics partners.
• Process claims, returns and credit notes.
• Handle e-commerce tickets and marketplace support.
• Maintain master data and content management.

• Delivery monitoring and coordination with logistics partners
• Claim, return and credit note processing
• E-Commerce ticket handling and marketplace support
• Master data maintenance and content management
• Coordination with Sales, Finance, Logistics and Brand Management teams

WITH THE RIGHT BACKGROUND YOU MAKE THE TEAM COMPLETE:

• Minimum requirement: Completed commercial apprenticeship, business administration qualification, or equivalent vocational training
• Previous experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Order Management or similar administrative role is desirable
• Well organised, dependable and capable of working on own initiative
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP), e-commerce or marketplace operations is an advantage but not essential
