Job summary

Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is seeking an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join the Swetenhams residential sales team in Frodsham. The role offers industry-leading training, a clear career ladder within Connells Group, and exposure to Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, Land, New Homes, and other specialist services.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred and helps you deliver results.
• You should be target-driven and able to generate new business.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• IT literacy including MS Office, email and internet usage.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and progress to sale.
• Progress sales through to exchange and completion.
• Schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor as needed.
