Worth Recruiting – Property Industry Recruitment is seeking a Sales Negotiator to join a busy residential estate agency covering Walton-on-Thames and nearby areas. The role suits someone with sales experience who wants to build a career in residential agency and deliver excellent customer service.

You will join a friendly team and take part in every stage of the sales process, from registering applicants to progressing offers to completion, with full training provided to develop local property

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales role or residential estate agency preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-presented and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Register and qualify buyers and handle property enquiries.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed feedback to vendors.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes.
• Progress agreed sales through to exchange and completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and clients.
• Maintain accurate records and deliver consistently high customer service.
