A day in the life of a Sales Negotiator
  • Liaising with prospective vendors and buyers and arranging property viewings
  • Negotiating offers and closing sales
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Marketing properties using various skills
  • Generating new and repeat business
  • Canvassing the local area, including door knocking and leaflet dropping
  • Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards
