Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Knowle, Solihull - £25.5k basic plus commission

My client is a leading independent estate agency with an established reputation built over many years. They are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team. Your responsibilities will include registering applicants, scheduling and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and managing sales progression. The company values traditional customer service, innovative technology, and a passion for property and people.

Main Duties:

1. Arrange and conduct property viewings
2. Understand and cater to potential buyers' requirements and recommend suitable properties
3. Handle sales progression tasks as needed

Experience Required:

• Recent experience as an Estate Agent
• Well presented
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Full UK driving license and access to a car

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm, with Saturdays on a rota, 9am - 4pm, with a day off in lieu.
