haart Estate Agents in Ely is seeking a Trainee Sales Negotiator to drive property sales with uncapped commission and industry-leading training. You will develop client relationships, arrange viewings and negotiate offers in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers full-time hours, a structured development path, and one-on-one mentoring with opportunities for early promotion and ongoing professional learning through the Spicerhaart Centre.

Qualifications

• Must have access to own vehicle and full UK Driving Licence.

As a Sales Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Ely, you will receive:

• £28000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

• Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
• Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*
