Job summary

Manning Stainton in Leeds is seeking a client-facing sales specialist to promote services, book market appraisals and viewings, and maximise cross-selling opportunities. Full training will be provided and uncapped commission is available. The role operates Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with Saturdays on a rota basis.

You will need excellent communication and administration skills, a warm personality, and a desire to help people move. Experience in estate agency is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer requests to book Market Appraisal and/or viewing appointments and to deal with enquiries.
• Build direct customer relationships to promote and book appointments for our services.
• Maximise cross-selling opportunities by identifying and recommending related services.
• Accurately recording information from telephone contacts on the databases.
• Maintain professional relationships with Manning Stainton branches and departments.
• Ensure calls are answered promptly and efficiently.

Job description

A client facing role in one of our busy sales offices, you will be responsible for promoting Manning Stainton in order to generate an increase in revenue in relation to targets determined by the Line Manager whilst at all times maintaining an exceptional customer service experience. Industry experience is not essential as full training will be given. We are looking for candidates who can evidence previous targeted sales experience in a customer focused environment. The successful applicant will need to have exceptional communication and administration skills, along with a passion to help people move. General Duties:

• To respond promptly to customer requests to book Market Appraisal and/or viewing appointments and to deal with their enquiries or requests in order to assist with their move.
• To build direct customer relationships in order to promote and book appointments for our services.
• Maximise cross-selling opportunities at all times by identifying and recommended related services to customers which will generate revenue & enhance the customer experience
• To be responsible for accurately recording all information collated from telephone contact on the databases.
• Seek to maintain professional and friendly relationships with all Manning Stainton branches and departments
• To ensure all calls are answered promptly and efficiently.
• Any other duties as required

Basic Salary: From £23,500, with OTE IRO £27,000 Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota basis
