Job summary

Horton and Garton in West London is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to drive residential property sales. The ideal candidate will progress their own sales while learning and growing within the business, with previous residential property sales experience.

You will arrange viewings, liaise with vendors and buyers, negotiate, meet targets, handle admin, book market appraisals, and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property sales required.
• UK Driving Licence required.
• Highly presentable with strong communication.
• Willing to commute to Hammersmith W6.
• Ability to progress sales and meet targets.

We are a fast-paced, market-leading, independent West London estate agency requiring an experienced Sales Negotiator.

The ideal candidate will already have a sound ability to progress their own sales, but with a willingness to further learn and hone those skills with a view to eventual career progression within the business.

Previous experience in residential property sales is required on this occasion.
