Sherborne Talent Solutions is recruiting a Sales & Marketing Coordinator for the West Midlands region. This office-based, full-time role puts you at the heart of the sales engine, managing campaigns, owning the CRM and supplying the field team with leads and support.

You’ll plan multi-channel campaigns, keep data clean in HubSpot, track results and help grow the business alongside a friendly, established team. Experience in B2B sales support is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales support, marketing or coordinator role, ideally B2B.
• HubSpot or similar CRM experience.
• Confident with email marketing, social media and content, with a creative eye for what grabs attention.
• Highly organised, able to juggle priorities and hit deadlines.
• A great communicator who enjoys working closely with a sales team.
• Comfortable with numbers and reporting (Excel or CRM dashboards).

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM (HubSpot): keeping data clean, pipelines up to date and reporting sharp.
• Planning and running marketing campaigns: email, social media, website content and promotions that generate real leads.
• Supporting the Field Account Managers: booking appointments, preparing quotes and proposals, chasing follow-ups and keeping deals moving.
• Handling sales admin: from new enquiries through to order processing and handover to the installation and support teams.
• Tracking results: reporting on campaign performance and lead conversion, and finding new ways to improve them.
• Supporting events, trade shows and customer communications to grow the brand.
