Hard Rock Cafe is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the Cafe Sales & Marketing team and drive initiatives to boost sales. You will own portions of the events calendar, collaborate with partners, and help manage marketing tools and client communications.

The role involves coordinating with multiple departments, attending trade shows, and ensuring successful execution of events while upholding the Hard Rock brand and standards.

Qualifications

• Some college coursework completion.
• Ability to manage contracts and calendars according to Corporate procedures.
• Experience coordinating events and marketing initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Write and negotiate sales and marketing contracts according to Corporate procedures.
• Assemble the Cafe Event Calendar and Brand Calendar.
• Report occupancy and support hotel Concierge with weekly programs.
• Communicate with Group Travel Planners and marketing partners.
• Administer package programs and ensure client payments.
• Maintain sales and marketing tools and equipment (banners, linens, etc.).
• Coordinate operations between departments and support Center Marketing teams.
• Attend trade-shows and assist in events to boost future business.
