Get Recruited Ltd in Armthorpe, Doncaster (Office Based) is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support business development, marketing campaigns and bid management. This role offers exposure across procurement, tenders, client relationships and commercial operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, manage multiple projects, and contribute to brand awareness initiatives while enjoying a varied, long-term commercial career path.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related subject is desirable.
• An excellent communicator with strong written skills.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Commercially curious and keen to learn.
• Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, social media management, email marketing platforms or AI tools would be advantageous, but isn't essential.

Responsibilities

• Researching and identifying new business opportunities through procurement and tender portals.
• Supporting the preparation of bids, tenders and pre-qualification questionnaires.
• Building and maintaining a comprehensive bid library and ensuring company documentation remains compliant and up to date.
• Coordinating marketing campaigns and email communications to both existing and prospective clients.
• Managing social media activity across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
• Producing marketing content, updating company literature and supporting brand awareness initiatives.
• Maintaining CRM records and assisting with business development activity.
• Researching markets, competitors and potential customers.
• Supporting exhibitions, networking events and wider commercial projects.
• Working with AI tools and helping introduce new efficiencies across the business.
