Job summary

SMRS Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Support coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to assist the Sales & Marketing team in planning, delivering and optimising activity across campaigns, events, content, social channels, website and email.

You will work closely with colleagues across the business, manage HubSpot workflows, monitor campaign performance, coordinate events and ensure timely responses to enquiries, while upholding data privacy and high standards of accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Experience using marketing or CRM tools, ideally HubSpot or Canva.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of privacy regulations such as GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and marketing campaigns across email, social and digital channels
• Schedule and publish content across our social media channels
• Support the creation and promotion of blogs, research, webinars and case studies
• Help plan and coordinate events, webinars and speaking engagements
• Support HubSpot activity, including emails, forms and workflows
• Monitor and report on campaign, website and event performance
• Coordinate award submissions, accreditations and industry opportunities
• Respond to internal and external enquiries in a timely and professional way
