Zusammenfassung

Panasonic Heating & Ventilation Air Conditioning UK is seeking a Marketing/Business student in the penultimate year to join our team. You will support daily website tasks, schedule social media content, organise events, manage promotions, and liaise with agencies and partners across the UK and Europe.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager, proof-read materials, and help coordinate recruitment activities for 2028 while developing creative ideas to boost sales and brand presence.

Qualifikationen

• Currently studying for a Marketing / Business / Sales related degree at University.
• Penultimate year of study.
• No specific experience required; pro-active attitude and ideas welcomed.

• Daily website maintenance: scheduling training, assigning leads to installers, approving user accounts.
• Create and schedule two social media posts per week.
• Organise events and exhibitions.
• Manage seasonal promotions and campaigns.
• Liaise with design agencies and external partners for events, media and promotions.
• Work with Marketing Manager daily.
• Proof-read press releases, case studies and written materials for UK and Europe.
• First point of contact for Panasonic accredited partners.
• Order, distribute and manage promotional materials.
• Budget management and invoice handling.
• Customer service management.
• Film and edit short YouTube clips.
• Assist with student recruitment process for 2028 with technical team.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Daily website maintenance – including scheduling training sessions, assigning leads to installers, approving user accounts
• Creating and scheduling 2 social media posts a week
• Organising events and exhibitions
• Manage seasonal promotions and campaigns
• Liaising with design agencies and external partners for events, media and promotions
• Working directly with the Marketing Manager on a day-to-day basis
• Proof-reading press releases, case studies and various written materials for UK and Europe
• First point of contact for Panasonic accredited partners
• Ordering, distributing, and managing promotional materials
• Budget management (cost allocation, invoice management)
• Customer service management
• Filming and editing short clips for YouTube
• Work alongside the technical department to organise the student recruitment process for 2028

Qualification & Experience

• Currently studying for a Marketing / Business / Sales related degree at University
• Currently in your penultimate year of study
• No specific experience or knowledge required.
