Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Location: St Albans

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and meticulously organized individual to join our young and expanding team with big plans. The successful candidate will support the UK Marketing and Sales team by coordinating and organizing UK activities, campaigns, and events.

This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants to grow within a global business and gain exposure to all aspects of marketing in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Budget: Track and manage all marketing expenditures, ensure spending aligns with budget, process invoices through Finance, and resolve any queries.
  2. Events: Manage and coordinate all UK events and trials, including bookings, stand management, logistics, and cross-functional tracking.
  3. Showroom: Organize the UK showroom, manage bookings, maintain equipment and cleanliness, stock merchandise and collateral, and ensure overall upkeep.
  4. Collateral: Manage stock of brochures and flyers, keep them updated, and ensure timely reordering and proper storage.
  5. Merchandise: Oversee stock management, distribution, and replenishment of merchandise, including storage in the marketing container.
  6. Assets: Maintain pop-up stand assets to ensure they are functional, protected, and transportable.
  7. Sales Support: Assist with tenders, presentations, analytics, and provide market insights to the sales team.
  8. Administration: Handle general team administration and management tasks.
  9. Analytics: Source and analyze competitor, market, and customer data, preparing reports for internal teams.
  10. Other: Support marketing and sales with coordination of projects, meetings, and events.
  11. Supplier & Partner Management: Manage relationships with UK agencies, partners, and suppliers, ensuring SLAs and deadlines are met.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year marketing experience.
  • Industry experience is a plus.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Project management or coordination experience is beneficial.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious.
  • Desire to grow in marketing and take on new challenges.
  • Willingness to learn.
