About the Role

Who are TPS?

TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products to service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles. TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, including Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. TPS operates a national network of centres with a 1,500-strong workforce, fostering a motivating and inclusive environment focused on learning, development, and recognition.

What will you be doing?

As Sales Manager reporting to the Centre Manager, you will manage and motivate the Parts Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while building strong customer relationships.

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the Parts Sales Executive Team
  • Monitor sales performance against KPIs and take corrective actions
  • Plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns
  • Maintain product knowledge and awareness of competitors
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide support
  • Motivate the team through incentive schemes
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor delivery schedules to maintain service levels
  • Conduct business with integrity and professionalism
  • Ensure proper use of business systems and compliance with standards
