Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Sales Manager at Inverness Airport to maximize revenue across all brands and oversee SME/B2B programs. You will manage station activities, drive local ancillary and SME sales, and supervise Revenue & Performance Coaches to achieve targets.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching and customer service skills, with a focus on process improvement and collaboration across a multi-brand network.

Qualifications

• A full, valid clean driving licence is required with minimum 4 years driving experience.
• People management skills are essential.
• Excellent coaching and training skills are needed.
• Good communication and presentation skills are required.
• Good numeracy, forecasting and analytical abilities are important.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop processes related to increasing revenue and sales performance.
• Use performance tools and sales data to monitor counter sales activities and develop improvement plans.
• Generate weekly and monthly country reviews with results vs LY and vs target with corrective actions.
• Set and validate monthly incentive targets for all stations/counter agents.
• Participate in recruiting and developing Revenue & Performance Coaches, Station Managers and Counter Agents with the right sales skills.
• Coordinate counter agents' training programmes.
• Maximise the impact of the Revenue & Performance Coaches.
• Deliver counter sales training courses and coaching sessions to staff at all levels.
