Location: Leeds (North Patch)

Are you a Sales Manager with a background in Power Transmission, looking to join a multi-company organization with a multi-billion pound turnover? In this role, you will be provided with all the necessary tools to successfully manage a team of external sales representatives and oversee all sales activities across the North region.

Your responsibilities will include coaching, mentoring, monitoring KPIs, and making high-level decisions.

This role is suitable for a Sales Manager from a Power Transmission background (e.g., Conveyors, Bearings, Pumps, Motors) seeking to advance their career in a company known for staff retention.

The Role

• 50% field-based, 50% work from home
• Managing 5 External Sales Representatives

• Covering the North patch
• Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
