  • Training and coaching your sales staff to deliver excellent service and meet sales and CSI targets
  • Maintaining presentation standards within your dealership and online
  • Conducting staff performance reviews
  • Managing the sales department effectively to meet volume and margin KPIs
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers to maximise future sales
  • Communicating with customers with integrity and professionalism
