As the Sales Manager for Luxury Brands, you will lead a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve ambitious sales KPI targets. Your role will be central to driving commercial growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous development and innovation. You will inspire your team to deliver a world-class luxury experience, while contributing to the wider strategic goals of the ITC Group.
You will lead a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve ambitious sales KPI targets. Your role will be central to driving commercial growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous development and innovation. You will inspire your team to deliver a world-class luxury experience, while contributing to the wider strategic goals of the ITC Group.
This role is preferably based in the Chester office, but we are open to discussing flexible arrangements for the right candidate.
The role is full time and will be required to work 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, working various shift patterns across an agreed rota with office hours 8am – 7:30pm. The role is also required to participate in a rota for Saturday working for which a day of in lieu is give and may also be required to participate in a rota for Sundays.
