Sales Manager – International Exhibitions

We're hiring a Sales Manager for one of our brilliant clients – a fast-growing, award-winning exhibition organiser with a global footprint. From Coventry HQ, they deliver world-class exhibitions across exciting sectors like beauty, food & drink, automotive, and pharma – all across Africa and the UK.

This is a company that doesn’t sit still. They're scaling fast, have a killer team culture, and love ambitious people with bags of energy and a passion for building relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Pitching, closing, and managing client relationships for international exhibitions.
  • Selling exhibition stands and sponsorship opportunities to businesses across the globe.
  • Working the phones, Zooms, inboxes and (occasionally) meeting clients face-to-face – including 3–4 international trips a year
  • Managing your pipeline using Salesforce and collaborating closely with marketing for those lovely warm leads.
  • Being the face of the show onsite – building trust, delivering value, and making things happen for exhibitors.
  • Have 4+ years of B2B sales experience, smashing targets along the way.
  • Are a natural closer with strong commercial instincts.
  • Know how to communicate, negotiate, and build lasting client relationships.
  • Are tech-savvy and confident using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Have a drive to grow – personally and professionally – with a business that’ll back you all the way.
  • Have experience in event or exhibition sales.
  • Are comfortable with international business (languages are a win!).
  • Know your way around the events world.
