The Opportunity

As a Sales Manager, this is your chance to own and build out the Data Centres sales unit for this telecom's equipment procurement specialist.

Base Salary: £65-£75k
Plus bonus and benefits
HQ: Brighton

This distributor has established itself as a key partner to UK Internet Service Providers, with major agreements with global network infrastructure suppliers, allowing them to offer exclusive products at market-leading prices.

You will be supported by experienced owners and founders with a strong reputation in the ISP market, as well as a dedicated back-office team including BDMs, Customer Success, Marketing, Graphic Designers, and Copywriters.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a business unit and, over time, build your team.

It is ideal for a hunter with a passion for sales, strategic market entry, and networking within the data centre industry.

The successful candidate should have strong knowledge of data centre construction and equipment, along with a robust network in the space.

Initially, regular presence in Brighton is required; later, a hybrid working arrangement will be possible.

The company offers a strong, uncapped bonus structure based on revenue and comprehensive benefits.
