We are actively recruiting for a dynamic Sales Manager who lives in the Birmingham area and is very familiar with the construction industry. Your day-to-day duties include selling within the testing, inspection, and certification arenas to SMEs and corporates alike.

You will be a strong communicator, utilising email, telephone, and face-to-face engagement. You will proactively seek opportunities to improve sales and lead management processes. Experience in selling products, e-commerce, online, SEO, mobile, social media, and web services is essential. You will regularly exceed quality and customer satisfaction targets.

This role is primarily home-based, but you are expected to visit existing and new clients most days. You will handle your own administration and visit the UK Head Office in the South East once a month for team meetings.

In return, the company offers a salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, a commission structure, life insurance, 25 days holiday rising to 30 days plus Bank Holidays.
