Paragon Talent is working with a global manufacturer of freeze-dried fruit who are on a mission to transform healthy snacking across the UK & Ireland, and we’re looking for a proven senior sales professional, someone with a hunter mentality to make it happen.

Our client is embarking on an ambitious B2C growth journey with the aim of carving out a premium snacking platform, partnering with major grocers on private label innovation.

With a national listing already secured with one major UK retailer, they’re searching for a UK & Ireland B2C Sales Manager to drive listings, open doors, and lead retail expansion from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to own and shape the retail journey at inception. You’ll develop and deliver the commercial strategy, pitch to UK retail giants, and unlock new channels, from supermarkets to foodservice, travel, and convenience.

This is a genuine blank-slate opportunity to build something lasting, working in a well-resourced international food business with multiple global manufacturing facilities, a strong supply chain and innovation capabilities.
