What will you be doing?

As a Sales Manager reporting to the Centre Manager, you will manage and motivate the Parts Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while building strong relationships with customers.

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the Parts Sales Executive Team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance against KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Plan and implement promotional activities with support from the Centre Manager.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay aware of competitor activity.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide developmental support.
  • Motivate the team with creative incentive schemes and rewards.
  • Ensure excellent customer service via the team.
  • Monitor delivery schedules to maintain service levels.
  • Conduct business with integrity and professionalism.
  • Ensure proper use of all business systems.
  • Maintain compliance with standards, financial, legal, warranty, and ethical guidelines.
What are we looking for?
  • Proven management experience leading a sales team in a B2B environment.

  • Effective communicator capable of building relationships with stakeholders and clients.
