This is a superb opportunity to join the UK’s leading home improvement business as one of our Sales Managers. We are seeking an experienced sales professional or sales manager who is now looking to stretch their business development and management potential to the next level.

What you’ll be doing

  1. Leading, managing, and motivating a team of self-employed Sales Executives, developing your team using your existing and growing sales abilities.
  2. Driving recruitment activity of self-employed Sales Representatives, Marketing Agents, and Area Marketing Leaders to your set targets.
  3. Providing appropriate training, coaching, and development of your self-employed sales team to company standards and policies.
  4. Encouraging the Sales Team to generate their own leads through approved methods while managing leads from internal sources.
  5. Ensuring that the Sales Team presents the approved Finance presentation, in accordance with FCA regulations and internal policies, to every potential customer.
  6. Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager to deliver on the business plan, ensuring sales targets are achieved in accordance with product specifications, pricing structures, and profit margins, maximizing lead conversion.
  7. Preparing and presenting regular sales reports.

What we’re looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager who has consistently exceeded sales and marketing targets.
  2. Ideally experienced within Home Improvements or similar industries.
  3. Experience in recruiting self-employed Sales Professionals is preferred.
  4. Highly motivated, with the ability to motivate and guide people to achieve targets.
  5. Experience with remote meetings/sales appointments is a plus.
  6. A proactive, results-driven approach.
  7. Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours.
  8. Ability to provide high levels of customer service.
  9. Committed to continuous personal development.
  10. A driver with a full UK driving license and own car.
